Hello everyone!
I was just looking at the clan page on the worldoftanks.eu website, and compared to the amount of Recruiters and Field Commander, we have way too many Recruits and Soldiers!
I believe that we should have at least 5 of each, as in a Clan battle/Tank Company battle with 15 per side we need 5 groups of 3, and certain groups work together so we can become effective in battle. About Recruiters, as ItzTank (Will) was saying, we need lots more as there is usually none online, so only the Commander + Deputy Commanders can recruit people. If we have 5 active Recruiters, we will almost always have at least one online.
